When the attendees saw the rainy forecast for the first day of The Lively Workshop, everyone was initially disappointed. Before every wedding day and photo shoot photographers always hope and pray for sunshine and beautiful skies, not a constant downpour of rain! But the rain ended up bringing this extremely romantic feel to the shoot and now I’m so glad it rained! A big focus of the workshop was embracing the lively, the bold, and the different, and by embracing whatever was thrown our way with the weather I felt we were able to immediately put this lesson into practice.
I loved the European aesthetic of this editorial, beautifully styled by Rebecca Rose Events. Perry Vaile provided photography direction and her images from this shoot were featured on Style Me Pretty. I absolutely loved the week I spent at The Lively Workshop and am excited to share more of my work from my week spent at Graylyn in the coming weeks!
